Website inquiries
When you submit a demo request or contact form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, business email, phone number and company information — and use them only to respond to your inquiry and discuss RentOps360 service. Inquiry details are stored privately and are never shared with other rental companies or made visible inside customer workspaces.
Customer operational data
Each RentOps360 customer operates in a separate company workspace. Operational records — vehicles, cleaning events, inspections, shifts, fuel logs and reports — belong to that customer. Other customer companies cannot view them, and employees only see the records of their own company.
Employee accounts
Employee accounts are created and managed by each customer company’s own administrator. Account details are used to provide sign-in, role-based access and productivity tracking within that company’s workspace.
